Our hotel room was sparsely appointed but clean and colorful. Situated about a mile or so from old town, it was reasonably convenient location. That's the hotel - the green building at the end of the street. The restaurant in the basement was nice. We had a rousing dinner after a day on the town. I was interested in the key technology used in the hotel. It was different from anything I had ever seen before. About 2:30 am the burgler alarm went off in the building behind the hotel. The alarm rang for 20 minutes or so before someone finally came outside with a flashlight and looked in the bushes all around the building. They didn't
find anything so I went back to bed... |
