Arizona Blue-Eyes (Evolvulus arizonicus) | |
Surprisingly difficult to photograph because of the thread-like stem that supports the flower. The book Sonoran Desert Wildflowers states "It tests the patience of the photographer, for the flowers bounce with the slightest breeze". I took a half dozen shots, only this one was half-way decent. Flowers are about half an inch across. | |
