TEMPLE SQUARE, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH
The temple Square is a ten acre plot encompassed by a solid stone and adobe wall, 12 feet high and 3 feet thick, with large gates on each of the four sides. Within the wall are the Great Mormon Temple, Tabernacle, Assembly Hall, Bureau of Information, Museum and the First House built in Utah; also monuments to Joseph and Hyrum Smith and the Sea Gulls.
