Western Columbine
The Western Columbine can grow to the size of a small perennial 'shrub' up to three feet tall.
With water and dead-heading it will product blooms almost all summer long!
05/04/2005 - first bloom opened
07/04/2005 - Fourth of July and still a couple of dozen blooms. I've officially
stopped dead-heading it now.
Some

are less than
an inch tall, indicating that maybe the plant is getting a little tired.
